Compsn. for coating, filling, binding and protecting comprises (A) 20-50 wt.% rubber of particle size up to 0.4 mm; (B) 40-55 wt.% isocyanate curable polymer base; (C) 18-30 wt.% polymer-curing isocyanate; and (D) 1-5 wt.% aliphatic polyether glycol. After curing of the polymer base, the components for the elastic and adhering part of the compsn. - Prepn. and application of the compsn. are also claimed.
