PURPOSE:To attain a communication from an optional slave station to a master station while using effectively a polling transmission line by using a polling transmission line from a master station and receiving a signal from a slave station during the interval of the polling transmission from the master station. CONSTITUTION:A master station transmission line connection means 141 connects a master station transmission means 121, and a polling transmission line 191, and connects a master station reception means 131 and a polling transmission line 191. A slave station communication command means 151 uses a slave station transmission means 161 to apply transmission by the communication instruction of the slave station or uses a slave station receiving means 171 to apply reception. A slave station transmission line connecting means 181 connects a slave station transmission means 161 and a polling transmission line 191 and connects a slave station reception means 171 and a polling transmission line 191. Thus, the reception from the slave station is applied at the interval of the polling transmission from the master station to use the polling transmission line 191 effectively to attain communication from an optional slave station to the master station.
