<p>PURPOSE:To enable a rubber hose and the fixing ring made of synthetic resin to be connected to a joint by a method in which the fixing ring is set on the end of a hollow hose, and the fixing ring is fixed to the outer periphery of the hose by press deforming and is held by clamping, and further the fixing ring is enclosed from the end of the hose. CONSTITUTION:The tightening mark 32 deformed by the pushing force due to a tightening piece 31 remains on the outer periphery of a fixing ring 27. This tightening mark 32 is deformed so as to bite the outer periphery of a hose 28. Thus, in the state where the fixing ring 27 of synthetic resin is fixed by fastening on the outer periphery of the hose 28, if a joint of synthetic resin is formed so as to enclose this fixing ring 27, the hose 28 may be formed integrally with the joint. The cross section-structure of the hose 28 and the joint 60 having been formed, is shown. In the joint 60 formed of the synthetic resin, a bolt part 61 is formed like a flange on its central outer periphery, and a connecting part 62 is formed on the side of the hose 28 so as to enclose the fixing ring 27, and then on the opposite side of the bolt part 61, a screw part 63 is formed.</p> |
