In an extrusion moulding method for hollow plastic pallets, a serpentine reinforcement web is extruded at the same time when the plastic pallet is extruded. An appts. for the hollow plastic pallets comprises a moulding die (10), a cavity former (20) and a serpentine web extruder (30). The cavity former disposed in the moulding die comprises a pair of yoke members (21) with air supplying conduits (22), which has a pair of controlling plates (23) for raw material. The serpentine web extruder disposed between the pair of yoke members comprises a rotatable wheel rim (33) with a slit opening (34). The rim is designed to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise within a predetermined angle.
