The process consists of (a) heating twice-distilled water to 80-100 deg.C; (b) adding whole bran and wheat germ in a porous container; (c) adding independently green tobacco leaf, pollen powder and burdock extract; (d) allowing to stand for 1 1/2 hours and filtering to total clarity; (e) adding an alcoholic soln. of rosemary extract and mercuric chloride; (f) adding tincture of iodine; and (g) finally standing for 20-30 minutes.
