PURPOSE:To prevent an extrusion die material from warping by forming a metal fitting mounting groove for supporting mounting metal fittings at the base part of a conduit pipe holding part integrally protruding to the back surface side of a base plate of an extrusion member. CONSTITUTION:Only a conduit pipe pressing member 20 at the center of a radiation fin 5 is inserted through guide pieces 15 and 15 of mounting metal fittings 4, and intercrosses rectangularly the extrusion molding material 2 by a check member 25 to the base member 19 of the mounting metal fitting 4. Upon this occasion, the conduct pipe pressing member 25 presses a conduit pipe 3 slightly protruding from the extrusion molding material 2. Further, the tip end of a support member 17 of the mounting metal fitting 4 is engaged with a metal fitting groove 16 formed in a second holding member 4b of a conduit pipe holding part 13. By the clamping of the check member 25 the conduit pipe pressing member 20 of the radiation fin 5 presses the conduit pipe 3 and thus the warp of the fin 5 is reduced. By this constitution, fitting of the radiation fin is conducted only by the conduit pipe pressing member 20 at the center. Therefore, the moment of a force at the time of fitting the fin becomes small, and the warp of the extrusion die material can be prevented.
