PURPOSE:To raise the bearing force of a coupler for continuous underground walls as well as prevent the deformation of joints even when exerted by external forces by connecting a coupler plate connected with a partition plate with the horizontal reinforcing bars of a reinforcing bag cage on the same line. CONSTITUTION:In the coupler of a continuous underground wall, a notch 31 is formed in a coupler plate 3, the end of the horizontal reinforcing bar 8 of a reinforcing bar cage is inserted into the notch 31, and the bar 8 is welded to the bar 8. The end of the plate 3 is fixed to a tubular coupler metal 2, and the metal 2 is inserted into a metal receiver 1 to connect couplers. Since the center lines of the plate 3 and the bar 4 are on the same line, no deformation occurs between the plate 3 and the bar 4 even when exerted by external forces, thereby raising the bearing force of the couplers.
