PURPOSE:To fix a sample such as a hair easily without crushing it by fixing the sample on an observation table made of a soft material with a fixing plate made of a transparent material and observing the sample through a microscope. CONSTITUTION:A hair 6 as the sample is fixed on the observation table 2 with the fixing part 4 and a hole 10 which is provided to the observation position determining guide 9 of a portable microscope to indicate an actual visual field is positioned at the examined part of the hair 6 with a naked eye; and focusing is performed with a focus adjusting knob 8 and the sample is observed through the microscope. Thus, the sample hair 6 is observed easily without movement in the observation, and when plural hairs 6 are arranged on the film 3 of the observation table 2 at a time, they are observed successively without arranging them, one by one, earefully; and the soft sample 6 is never damaged. |
