The steering gear is for a vehicle with four wheeled drive. It has coupled steering of the front (1) and rearwheels (2). The coupling is as such that a movement of the steering wheel of the front wheels leads to a steering movement of the rear wheels after it makes a preset point. The coupling (17,18) between the steering of the front and the rear wheels has a last motion connection (19). The coupling includes a coupling rod. This coupling rod has two parts with limited free play.
