PURPOSE:To continuously collect an executed load quantity and to save it for a long period, and to automatically analyze its contents and to offer appropriate information required for an operation of a system, by providing a load quantity saving means and a load quantity monitoring and analyzing means, etc. CONSTITUTION:An execution report editing means 3 roads out an execution report which is outputted to an auxiliary storage device 2 and saved therein temporarily, before the device 2 overflows, deletes an unnecessary item and stores it in an auxiliary storage device 41 in order to save it for a long period. In this case, if the device 41 is full, said report is stored in an auxiliary storage device 42, and if the device 42 is full, it is stored in a storage device 43. Also, a load quantity monitoring and analyzing means 6 derives setting of the maximum load quantity per a prescribed period, and registers its result in a table 7 of the inside. Subsequently, in accordance with the designated maximum load quantity and its measuring period, load information is fetched from the devices 41, 42 and 43, counted up and a result is stored in auxiliary storage devices 51, 52. In such a way, by counting up and analyzing the load quantity which has been collected and stored continuously, and offering its result to an operator, the load quantity can be managed easily and effectively.
