PURPOSE:To obtain the titled adjuster comprising a growth factor, a peptide corresponding part of the constituent component of the growth factor, a growth factor derivative or a salt thereof as an active ingredient and containing at least an absorption promoter. CONSTITUTION:A carcinostatic action adjuster of transmucosal absorption type comprising a growth factor (e.g. epidermal growth factor group, insulin group or blood platelet derived growth factor group), a peptide (fragment) having a partial structure of part of the growth factor, a growth factor derivative or a salt thereof as an active ingredient and containing at least an absorption promoter (e.g. 1-dodecylazacycloheptan-2-one, calcium thioglycolate, etc.). The mucosa means rectal mucosa, nasal mucosa, mucosa of oral cavity, vaginal mucosa, cornea, etc. The active ingredient is surely taken in body without causing pain of patient like injection and blood concentration is relatively long maintained. The adjuster is effective even to old men and children.
