PURPOSE:To control a device to be controlled with simple constitution from plural places, by performing the control and monitoring of the device to be controlled connected to a home bus only by a main controller, and performing an operation by a sub controller according to a bit of video information sent from the main controller. CONSTITUTION:At the sub controller, an RF signal transmitted from the main controller is inputted to a demodulator 7, and a demodulated signal is inputted to a display device 5, and the same picture as that displayed on the display device 5 of the main controller is displayed. Then, a signal is inputted from an input signal part 2 observing the picture on the display device 5, and is transmitted to the main controller. The main controller decodes a transmitted signal, and outputs it to a video information control part 4. The video information control part 4 decodes the signal, and outputs the picture to be displayed next. The sub controller can perform the operation observing a transmitted picture.
