PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition excellent in flame retardancy, impact resistance, heat resistance and moldability, by mixing a thermoplastic resin such as a heat-resistant resin, chlorinated PE and/or vinyl chloride resin or an impact-resistant resin with antimony oxide at a specified composition ratio. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant resin (A) comprising a styrene compound (a) optionally reinforced with 3-20wt.%, based on component A, rubber reinforcement with 5-50wt.% imide compound (b) of an alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, an amorphous chlorinated PE (B) of a chlorine content of 25-45wt.% and/or vinyl chloride resin (C) of a degree of polymerization of 400-4,500 and an impact-resistant resin (D) obtained by graft-copolymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile or methyl methacrylate onto a butadiene, ethylene/propylene or the like rubber and antimony oxide (E) are mixed together so that the total of components (a) and (b) may be 10-50wt.%, based on the total of components (A)-(D), the total of component B and the rubbery substance may be 5-35wt.%, and the total of components B and C may be 10-50wt.% and the amount of component E may be 10wt.% or below.
