PURPOSE:To freely select plural functions being entirely different in one device, by providing plural load tables, and designating one of its tables so that a program to be loaded can be selected freely. CONSTITUTION:When a program control part 1 is started by turning on a power source, the control part 1 senses a state of a changeover switch part 5, and selects a load table corresponding to its contents, from a load table group 2. Subsequently, the selected load table is informed to a load control part 3, and also, a load request is executed. The control part 3 loads successively a program which has been set to the informed load table, from a program storage part 4, informs a completion of loading to the control part at the time point when loading has been completed, and the control part 1 starts a program of a load completion. Also, in the case of realizing other function, the program which is being started is changed through the switch part 5, the control part 1 is started and the corresponding program is loaded. In such a way, plural functions can be selected freely.
