PURPOSE:To enable a frame to be continuously supplied, by storing the iron-system lead frame, which finishes sealing resin, in a case of non-magnetic system, having a wide supply port and a narrow take out surface, and mounting a pair of permanent magnets of same polarity to opposed side surfaces of the case. CONSTITUTION:A storage case 1 of an iron-system lead frame 7, finishing sealing resin, is formed by a non-magnetic material, providing a supply port 11 of larger width W1 in the bottom surface of the case 1 and a take out surface 12 of smaller width W2 in the upper surface. Permanent magnets 2, 3, providing the same polarity in their opposed surfaces with almost equal magnetic force, are mounted to both side surfaces of the storage case 1. Generating a parallel magnetic field between the permanent magnets 2, 3 in the inside of the case 1, the upper is where the stronger magnetic force is generated because a distance between the magnets 2, 3 is small. The lead frame 7 in the case 1, floating in the magnetic field, rises to the upper part. The lead frame 7 in the uppermost part is attractively mounted to a pad 41 and fed in the direction of a guide rail 6 by a feed pin 5 by lifting a sucker part 4. In this way, a device, eliminating interruption of the lead frame due to its supply, improves productivity. The device is suitable for the production line of a semiconductor.
