PURPOSE:To achieve a labor saving, a higher safety margin and a higher measuring accuracy, by arranging a table, a tape supply bobbin, a tape winding bobbin, a pressing means, a driving means and the like. CONSTITUTION:First, a cloth tape 79 wound on a tape supply bobbin 74 is wound on a tape winding bobbin 65 through rollers 66-73, and with the release of air cylinders 75 and 76, energizing forces of springs 89 and 90 are applied to keep backing plates 77 and 78 separate. Under such a condition, when the setting of a piston 27 is ended, cylinders 75 and 76 are driven to press a tape 79 on the side of the piston 27. Then, as a motor 82 is started to turn a piston purifying mechanism 81 and a table 20, residual sample adhering to the outer surface of the piston 27 is wiped out with the tape 79. As the bobbin 65 turns by a quarter with each rotation of the motor 82, the tap 79 is wound gradually. This permits the replacing of a tape 79 contacting the piston 27 sequentially with a new one thereby achieving purification effectively.
