PURPOSE:To decrease the number of drive sources by providing a horizontal loading plate freely ascending and descending and a chute unit projecting on the loading plate when the loading plate descends between tilted feed/discharge roller conveyers in a feed/discharge device for parts box automatic assembling device. CONSTITUTION:A parts box 13 loaded on a carry-in roller conveyer 12 is slid down to the lower end by its own weight, then is transferred on a horizontal loading plate 8 by a robotistic arm 14. Then the plate 8 is made to be descended by a cylinder 7 on a base 2. This causes a chute unit 4 to be projected penetrating a long hole 18 of the plate 8, and the box 13 to be supported on the unit 4. Therefore, the box 13 moves with its own weight by a slant of the unit 4 and a carry-out roller conveyer 6. This constitution enables the number of drive sources to be decreased.
