PURPOSE:To execute surface treatment work positively and accurately according to a safety grade as shown in a design, by constituting it so as to make automatic selection of a working grade performable in a way of using an advantage of flexibility by man power work as to preparatory operations, while using an advantage of automation as to finishing operations, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An operator goes up the maintenance stairs installed in the side 2 and takes out a member being stored in a top part 3, forming a small- sized crane, installs the traversing truck 6 preassembled on the ground in a guide rail of a horizontal member of a lifting platform 4. Thereat, a grinding/ cleaning 8 is lifted up by the winch 7 installed in a frame 6' of the traversing truck 6 by a control unit 10 on the ground via a wire, and it is going to remove rust and degraded paint films on the side 2 while taking a zigzag moving course. At this time, it is pre-programmed so as to make spraying of a grinding/cleaning material by a grinding/cleaning body 19 differ in accordance with the program preinputted into the control unit 10. |
