摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently control chloride injection by obtaining the quantity of decomposed chlorine in accordance with a predicted intensity of solar radiation based on the actual intensity of solar radiation to determine a chlorine injection rate. CONSTITUTION:A controller 4 is provided with operating circuits 11 and 12. The operating circuit 11 operates a predicted future intensity of solar radiation in accordance of data in one preceding hour of an intensity 7 of solar radiation sent from an actinometer 2 and outputs it. The operating circuit 12 corrects the chlorine injection rate, which is calculated in accordance with a quantity of inflow water in a sedimentation basin 1 and a residual chlorine concentration 6, by the predicted intensity of solar radiation outputted from the operating circuit 11 and issues an indication to a chlorine injecting machine 3. The chlorine injecting machine 3 injects chlorine to the sedimentation basin 1 by the quantity of injection based on this indication. Since the quantity of decomposed chlorine is obtained in accordance with the predicted intensity of solar radiation based on the actual intensity of solar radiation to determine the chlorine injection rate in this manner, chlorine injection is efficiently controlled.
