PURPOSE:To form a curable resin composition excellent in adhesion to bases and solvent resistance, by using a fluoroolefin polymer, a basic nitrogen- containing vinyl polymer, a polyepoxy compound and/or a compound having both epoxy hydrolyzable silyl groups as essential components. CONSTITUTION:This curable resin composition comprises a fluoro-olefin polymer (A), a basic nitrogen-containing vinyl polymer (B), a polyepoxy compound (D) and/or a compound having both epoxy and hydrolyzable silyl groups in the molecule and optionally contains at least one member selected from among a compound (E) having a silyl group, a hydrolyzable silyl compound (F) other than said compound (D) and a catalyst (G) for hydrolyzing and condensing said hydrolyzable silyl groups.
