PURPOSE:To prevent thermal affection during cutting under heat and to make a group during restoration of a nozzle neck for a boiler or the like, small by using a device incorporating a mechanism for obliquely feeding a cutter in the case of cutting the nozzle neck at a jobsite so as to cut out the nozzle neck. CONSTITUTION:In the case of cutting out a nozzle neck 2 attached to a header 1, a cutter is rotated around the nozzle neck 2 while the cutting tip of the cutter 4 is fed out toward the nozzle neck 2 which is cut out. That is, a guide adapted to be inserted into the cavity of the nozzle neck 2 is inserted into the nozzle neck 2, and a header nozzle neck cut-out section is secured to the header 1. When a motor is driven to rotate a shaft 10, a feed gear 12 abuts against the forward end of a feed lever 14 with each revolution of a cutter frame 11 to feed a tool bed 13, obliquely, and the cutter 4 is rotated around the nozzle neck 2 which is cut out in a conical shape.
