PURPOSE:To make accumulation possible without a collision of carried goods by providing a carrier detector to individual carrier pitches of a roller conveyer divided by carrier pitches, and making the action of the adjoining detector to be transferred to carrier pitches in the reverse carrier direction successively and to be stopped. CONSTITUTION:When a detecting roller 11' is depressed by carried goods, a locker arm 10' is depressed to an interferable position with a locking part 9' of a wheel 8' by a detecting arm 13'. However, when no carried goods exist on a detecting roller 11 adjoining the downstream side, carried goods are carried with interference eliminated as a detecting arm 13 is abutted to a stopper 15 and the locker arm 10' is pulled. But when the detecting roller 11 is depressed by an operator etc., a locker arm 10 is pushed in the reverse carrier direction by a rod 17'', interferes with a lock part 9 of a wheel 8, and carrying is stopped. And the action is transferred to succeeding carrier pitches similarly and successively and accumulation is made. Thus collision is prevented.
