PURPOSE:To reduce an operator's burden by providing a table in which an address of each terminal equipment and a line name for constructing a network have been registered, so that the network can be constituted automatically by only an instruction of read-out of a procedure. CONSTITUTION:A main storage 2 is provided with a table 6 in which an address of each terminal equipment and a line name defined for constructing a network have been registered, and a procedure 5 for sending out the address and the line name to each terminal equipment by referring to the table 6, and instructing to form the network. In this state, the CPU 1 reads out the procedure 5 of the main storage 2, based on an instruction from a console 4, and reads out successively the table 6 of the main storage 2 by an instruction of this procedure 5. That is, the CPU 1 reads out successively the address of each terminal equipment and the line name in order of their registration in the table 6 and sends them out through a channel 3. In such a way, by only instructing to read out the procedure 5, the CPU 1 sends out automatically the address and the line name, and the network is formed, therefore, an operator's burden can be reduced.
