PURPOSE:To utilize an abbreviated number exclusive for a user individual party by providing a function rearranging a corresponding table stored in a memory in the new order of newest communication date and providing a key switching the content displayed on an opposite party identification information display section to simplify the setting of abbreviated dialing. CONSTITUTION:In order to write a corresponding table on a magnetic card, a magnetic card is inserted to an inserting port 33, after a write start code (e.g., *01) is keyed in by a pushbutton, each item is inputted with a section of # key in the order of opposite party identification information/abbreviated number/telephone number. In making a call, the magnetic card 10 is inserted 1 to the inserting port 33. The corresponding table stored in the magnetic card is copied to a RAM 45, the opposite side information for high-order 5 items of the corresponding table is displayed and a one-touch key is made correspondent to each other. In placing a handset to finish the talking state, the corresponding table is sorted in the newer order of the newest communication date and written on the magnetic card.
