PURPOSE:To surely make a call more simply by converting a read telephone number into a dial signal and sending it to a telephone line after a hook switch is closed forcibly when the read of the telephone number is executed normally from a recording medium of telephone numbers. CONSTITUTION:When the normal read of a telephone number by a bar code reader 7 is detected by a read detection means RC of a control CPU 16 and the open state of one switch section FS1 inputted to the control CPU 16 is detected by a hook switch detection means FC, a relay 17 is activated by an operation control signal from an automatic dial control means AD to close the switch section FS 2. Thus, a dial number is sent while a handset 2 is placed to the case.
