摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable three-phase batch voltage detection at low cost by forming electrodes which differ in size and making the phases of the electrodes common all together. CONSTITUTION:Detection electrodes 22u-22w for three phases are arranged between charging parts 21 for the respective phases and the ground 23 and led out of a container by a conductor 24 insulated from the ground 23 so that the three phases are put together; and a relay is operated through an amplifier 25 to transmit the charging and discharging states of the charging parts 21 to the outside. Here, only the diameter phiB of the electrode 22v for a V phase among the electrodes 22u-22w is made larger than the diameters phiA of the electrodes 22u and 22w for a U and a W phase. Further, the distances E between the charging parts 21 and respective electrodes 22u-22w or the distances F between the electrodes 22u-22w and the ground 23 are equalized to enable secure voltage detection in any of cases of the charging of all the three U-W phases, the charging of only the U, V or W phase, and the charging of the respective U-W phases.</p>
