PURPOSE:To simplify the processing structure with an instruction executing system by carrying out both a condition deciding instruction and a processing instruction in the same instruction step. CONSTITUTION:The conditions stored in a memory are set at a condition register in a step S1 and then decoded in the following steps S2, S3 and S4 to perform various processes like the arithmetic processes, control actions, etc., in response to each case where said decoded conditions are equal to A, B or C respectively. In other words, the process instructions such as a condition deciding instruction, an arithmetic process instruction, a control action instruction, etc., are set in each instruction step following the step S2. For instance, if the deciding result of conditions obtained in the step S2 is affirmative (conditions equal to A), the arithmetic process of the corresponding step is carried out. While if the deciding result of conditions is rejected (conditions unequal to A), the step S2 is shifted to the next step S3. Hereafter the deciding actions and processes are carried out in the same way.
