PURPOSE:To form an output shaft gear to change its axial torque in no relation to the range of rotary speed of an input shaft gear, by mounting planet gears to a supporting frame providing a brake device in which the planet gear is able to revolve on its own axis while the planet gear freely rotates around concentrically with input and output shafts with the different direction of rotation. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft gear 2 rotates reversely to an input shaft gear 1, and planet gears 3 move in the same direction to the direction of rotation of the gear 1. And in case of holding a supporting frame 4 in a free condition, almost no axial torque of the gear 1 is transmitted to the gear 2 because the gear 3 generates the sane phenomenon to the roller in a rolling bearing device. While in case of completely holding the supporting frame 4 by a brake, all the axial torque of the gear 1 is transmitted to the gear 2 through the gear 3. Next, when the gear 1 maintains its rotary speed to a fixed value, the axial torque, transmitted to the gear 2, has no relation to the range of speed of the gear 1 changing in proportion to the change of brake force to the supporting frame 4.
