The invention relates to moulded plastic sheets. The plastic sheets are obtained by virtue of a transfer apparatus which includes a heating phase for softening and a compression-moulding phase. Among the most interesting applications of the invention, mention may be made of a decorative sheet made of chocolate or other material, matching the contours of the plastic sheet and able to be removed from the mould upon cooling. <IMAGE>
