The invention relates to a movable panel comprising four layers, a first outer layer consisting of a continuous rigid sheet, a second inner layer 3 consisting of a series of parallel profiled members 4 having a cross-section in the shape of a capital omega, a third inner layer 6 identical to the second but in the opposite direction, the backs 7 of the profiled members being fixed against the backs of the profiled members of the second layer, and a fourth outer layer 9 consisting of a series of rigid slats. It furthermore comprises, between the third layer and the fourth layer, at least one additional intermediate layer 11 of parallel profiled members also having a cross-section in the shape of a capital omega and oriented parallel to the profiled members of the adjacent inner layer but in the opposite direction so as to form a cellular honeycomb structure with the other layers. <IMAGE>
