发明名称 ROLLING METHOD UNDER ISOTHERMAL ATMOSPHERE
摘要 PURPOSE:To continuously roll a foil product from a very thin material with keeping a specific temp. by performing a rolling by inputting a rolling part structure body into the atm. under specific temp. conditions together with the very thin material. CONSTITUTION:In the case of forming a foil product by rolling such a very thin material as in 0.2mm thickness, the temp. conditions give a big effect on the thickness. A material 1 and the rolling structure body consisting of rolling rolls 12, 12a are inserted in the furnace body 2 composed of the heat insulating wall having heat insulating pipes 3, 3a for this purpose. A continuous rolling is performed by injecting via a feeding pipe 14 the argon gas controlled at a specific temp. thereto. The temp. range is taken at 600-700 deg.C and the materials are tungsten, tungsten alloy, nickel titanium alloy, etc. Consequently the foil product in good thickness is obtainable by performing a continuous rolling at constant temp. without receiving the variation in temp.
