PURPOSE:To maintain a proper working environment by introducing a fresh air into a vehicle room with the upper end opening part of an intake tube, in which the lower end opening part is communicated with the vehicle room, floating in the air using balloons in a industry vehicle working in an inferior environment such as where dust is producing. CONSTITUTION:When a cargo 4 such as granules etc. loaded in bulk in a hold 2 of a cargo ship 1 is unloaded, an industry vehicle 5 is lowered into the hole 2, and the cargo 4 is thrown into a hopper 3 of a belt conveyer provided in the hold 2 by the industry vehicle 5. In this case, the lower end opening part of a flexible intake tube 6 is communicated with a vehicle room of the industry vehicle 5. And balloons 7 of a suitable number are lashed to the upper end of the intake tube 6 with lopes 8, and thereby the upper end opening part of the intake tube 6 is made to be lifted to the sky outside the hold 2 and floated. This enables a fresh air outside the hold 2 to be introduced into the vehicle room of the industry vehicle 5 via the intake tube 6, and thereby a working space of workers to be maintained purely. |
