PURPOSE:To prevent air from mixing in a brake fluid in a piping system, by exhausting the air in the piping system by suction and, after filling an inert gas instead, exhausting this inert gas by suction, then filling the brake fluid in the piping system. CONSTITUTION:When a brake fluid is filled up in a brake piping system 1 of a vehicle V, first a supply head 5 with such a structure as capable of alternatively selecting a vacuum suction means 6, an inert gas supply means 7 and a brake fluid supply means 8, is connected to a supplying port of the reserve tank 3 additionally installed in a master cylinder 2. Next, a vacuum pump 9 is driven, and after air inside the piping system 1 is exhausted by suction, a solenoid valve 11 is closed, a solenoid valve 14 is opened instead, and an inert gas out of a pressure cylinder 12 is filled up in the piping system 1. Then, the vacuum suction device 6 is operated again, and after the inert gas inside the piping system 1 is exhausted by suction, a cylinder 21 for brake fluid pressure-feed use is operated and the brake fluid in a tank 15 is filled up in the piping system 1.
