PURPOSE:To unitarily execute integrated control for all devices connected to a primary device by setting a virtual control interface at the primary device. CONSTITUTION:A primary device consists of such three type cards as a central control part card 4, an intermediate control part card 5 and a card 6. The card 6 is controlled by the card 5 and the card 5 is controlled by the card 4. The conversion cards 7 and 8 convert the virtual control interfaces into the control interfaces of devices 2 and 3. In such a constitution, each control item is fetched by the primary device and this primary device can be regarded as a virtual device meaning an entire system. Then a virtual control interface is set so that the unitary and integrated control is executed among devices connected to each other.
