PURPOSE:To prevent releasing of engagement by making an opening portion communicating with an external tooth fitting hole larger than the thickness of dedendum and smaller than an inside diameter and strengthening the engagement by deflected teeth. CONSTITUTION:An opening portion 27 having an opening width 31 which is larger than the thickness 26 of dedendum of a tooth 18 and smaller than an inside diameter 28 is formed on the outside end surface 20. When internal and external tooth clutches 15, 16 rotate relatively in such a condition, the tooth 18 and an external tooth fitting hole 21 are adapted to transmit power, with the inner peripheral surface of the external tooth fitting hole 21 brought into contact with a tooth surface of the dedendum portion of the tooth 18. In such a power transmission condition, the tooth 18 is brought into contact with ar inward inclined surface 29 formed on the inner peripheral surface of an inlet portion of the external tooth fitting hole 21. Accordingly, the tooth 18 is subjected to the inward thrust of the fitting hole 21 to strengthen the engagement state, so that the engagement can be prevented from being released.
