PURPOSE:To execute a hydraulic pressure plastic pipe expanding with warm working without any difficulty by subjecting the body to be worked to hydraulic pressure plastic pipe expanding at warm working temp. after preheating upper and lower conical dies at the same as or approximate temp. to that of the cylindrical body to be worked prior to the assembly. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower dies 2, 3, a circular columnar rod 1 and the body 4 to be worked are assembled after uniformly heating the upper and lower conical annular dies 2, 3 and the cylindrical body 4 to be worked at a specific temp. In the assembly state the body 4 to be worked is held on the conical outer peripheral faces of the dies 2, 3 and the dies 2, 3 are pressurized with the space with a host pressurizing panel 5 being approached by the pressure P2 guided via a route 27 to the mobile panel 7 consisting of a subordinate force cylinder 25 and ram 26. The hydraulic pressure plastic pipe expanding of the body 4 to be worked is performed with warm working by the pipe expanding pressure P1 of a pressure medium guided via the guide hole 30 to a pressure chamber 12 and the nanmagnetic holding ring for generater having a high bearing force can thus be obtd.
