PURPOSE:To optimumize an advance angle regulation with quick responsiveness against the rising of engine speed by constant-current-discharging a condenser and also controlling an ignition timing as being compared with the output of a frequency-voltage converter. CONSTITUTION:A pick-up signal A synchronous with the revolution of an engine becomes a voltage signal B by means of a frequency-voltage converter 3, and by making its inversion signal a threshold value, the signal A becomes a pulse state corrugated-form arranging signal C by means of a comparator 6. On that occasion, the on-duty of a power-transistor Q can be voluntarily regulated by changing a time constant at the converter 3 by means of a time constant changeover circuit 4. And, the signal C is constant-current-discharged through a condenser by means of a constant-current-discharged circuit 7 and its discharge signal D is, by means of a comparator 8, discriminated with the signal B as a threshold value, and an angle advance is computed by it, and a base-drive signal E with the off-timing of the power-transistor Q controlled is obtained. Thus, a quick responsive angle advance regulation against revolution-rising is conducted most suitably, and the high revolutionization of the engine can be easily coped with.
