PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently carry out derusting and rust preventive treatment with the same equipment, by connecting water taps to form a circulation pass having water supply pipes as passages and by successively circulating a cleaning soln. and an electroless Ni plating soln. CONSTITUTION:The water taps and the water supply pipes 4 of the piping of a ferroconcrete apartment house are combined with hoses 1 to form a circulation pass. A cleaning soln. in a tank 3 is circulated through the circulation pass by working a pump 2 to remove rust in the pipes 4. After the derusting, a neutralizing soln. is circulated and water is flushed from an overhead water tank 5 to wash the pipes 4. An electroless Ni plating soln. is poured in the tank 3, heated to a prescribed temp. and circulated through the pipes 4 to plate the insides of the pipes 4 with Ni. Neutralization and washing are then carried out again. |
