PURPOSE:To obtain the titled aqueous dispersion capable of improving molding processability and imparting optional electric conductivity to molded articles of complicated shape, by polymerizing pyrroles in the presence of PVA, etc. CONSTITUTION:Pyrroles are subjected to polymerization reaction in the presence of PVA or PVA and one or more surfactants selected from nonionic surfactants (e.g. polyoxyethylene alkyl ester, etc.) or anionic surfactants (e.g. alkylbenzenesulfonate, etc.), preferably at 10-60 deg.C for 30min-10hr to afford the aimed aqueous dispersion of the pyrroles. Furthermore, the amount of the PVA is preferably 10-200wt.% based on that of the pyrroles and the surfactants are used in an amount of preferably 1-20wt.% based on the pyrroles. |
