PURPOSE:To strengthen a rotary force by moving the salient pole of an armature having a displaced central shaft along the inner face of a field pole. CONSTITUTION:A rotating device of a DC motor has a field core 1, an armature core 2, a rotating plate 3 including two rotating center axes, a central rotational shaft 4 of a spindle and a rotational shaft 5 of an armature including a central axis at a part out of the central point, etc. Thus, the inner face of a field pole 1 is brought into contact with or very close to the outer periphery of the armature 2 to travel the inner face of the pole 1. As a result, the distance of the poles is shortened as compared with that of a conventional DC motor to strengthen a rotary force.
