发明名称 COMBUSTION METHOD FOR GAS FUEL AND EQUIPMENT THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a gas turbine to be operated with the same fuel nozzle and the same burner even though the composition of fuel is changed, by controlling the flow ratio of the fuel injected from a main injection port to that injected from an auxiliary injection port so that the larger the combustion rate of fuel is the larger the ratio of fuel injected from the main injection port is. CONSTITUTION:The flow passage of refined coal gas 10 is divided into a main flow 22 and an auxiliary flow 23, and a control valve 24 which controls the flow ratio of a main flow 22 to an auxiliary flow 23 is provided in the flow path of an auxiliary flow 23. The total flow rate which is required for a turbine is controlled by a flow control valve 4 provided in the flow passage of refined coal gas 10. The flow ratio of a main flow to an auxiliary flow to be set by the flow control valve 24 is determined by a turbine rated load for example, and when the set value is fixed, the flow ratio of a main flow to an auxiliary flow can be secured in the whole operating zone of a turbine. Because the opening of a flow control valve 24 is changed from the outside of a controller, the flow ratio of a main flow to an auxiliary flow can be determined continuously without stopping the operation of a turbine when fuel is changed from a coal classification 1 to a coal classification 2. The flow rate of fuel on the side of a main injection port is more increased as the combustion rate of gas fuel is more increased by controlling the opening of a control valve 24.
