PURPOSE:To need no additional motor and transmission shaft, and prevent an improving agent from leaking into an apparatus, by arranging spacers with bosses connected to each other, bevel pinions fitted firmly on the boss sections, and bevel gears fitted orthogonally on the pinions. CONSTITUTION:Boss sections 12 arranged under two stirring shafts 3 which are rotatably fitted on each other are welded with spacers 11 not to be mutually rotated, and on the upper steps and the lower steps of the boss sections 12, bevel pinions 13 are fitted, and bevel gears 14 are fitted orthogonally on the pinions 13 and are arranged to be rotated. When the stirring shafts 3 are rotated by a motor, then stirring and spraying blades 1 and stirring and mixing blades 2 are horizontally rotated, and the boss sections 12 are rotated, and so via the pinions 13 and the gears 14, shafts 18 are also rotated on shaft cores, and the stirring and mixing blades 2 are rotated also orthogonally to the horizontal direction. As result, a mechanism is simplified, and an improving agent can be prevented from leaking into an apparatus.
