PURPOSE:To prevent a structure from being liquefied and from slipping at the time of earthquake, with simple construction, by penetrating a hollow pile with slots arranged the intermediate section and the tip, vertically to bearing ground through the bottom surface of a caisson, discharging water with oscillation driving. CONSTITUTION:Into a casing pipe 20 pushed up to the bottom surface of a caisson 4, a hollow pile 10 made of a steel pipe or the like provided with small slots 13 at the intermediate section 12 and provided with a water-discharging and water-charging slot at the tip 11 is inserted, is rotationally pressed in, and is penetrated through the bottom the caisson 4; then, the tip 11 is moved to sandy ground 2 through mound 3. After that, excess porewater is discharged and oscillation driving is performed by a vibro-hammer 21 or the like. When the tip 11 is penetrated to bearing ground 1, then the oscillation driving of the pile 10 is stopped, and the intermediate section 12 provided with the small slots 13 is set in the sandy ground 2. The upper end of the pile 10 is contrived to be left in the mound 3, and an auxiliary member 10 and the pipe 20 are removed; finally, the caisson 4 or the like is repaired.
