PURPOSE:To make an antenna device light, to remove a directional error due to deformation, and to obtain an electrical characteristic stabilized in terms of vibration- resistance by forming a belt-shaped plate with the belt-shaped plate of synthetic resin material including carbon fiber having conductivity of low resistance, and forming the antenna device of a loop antenna by curving against the elasticity of the plate. CONSTITUTION:The antenna device is formed with the belt shaped plate 1 of the synthetic resin material including the carbon fiber and a thin conductive plate 3 for a terminal to be covered on the both ends of the plate. The belt shaped plate 1 is formed linearly, and a terminal plane 2 is provided on each surface part of the both ends. Although the belt shaped plate 1 is formed linearly, it is curved against the elasticity by holding the part inner from the terminal plane 2 with both hands. After covering terminal plane 2 with the thin conductive plate 3, a terminal plane pressing fitting 4 is pressed on the upper plane side of the plate, and it is tightened on a mounting seat 5 by tightening screws S1 through holes P1, P2 and P4. Since the upper plane of the mounting seat 5 is formed with radius R of the loop circle of the antenna device similarly as the terminal plane pressing fitting 4, it is possible to assemble the antenna device of loop shape with a targeted size on a base pedestal 10.
