<p>The speed controller estimates the speed of a servo motor from a detected position signal in order to control the ultimate speed of a load such as a robot. In order to increase the speed for calculating the estimated values related to the position and speed obtained through an observer, a model that is to be controlled by the observer is rearranged using a simplified servo control system, and a difference in the quantity of rotation of the servo motor measured at predetermined regular intervals is regarded to be the rotational speed (V), thereby estimating an ultimate speed value (V^^L) of the mechanical load.</p> |
