PURPOSE:To provide a polyolefin composition composed of 3 components consisting of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer, a propylene-ethylene block copolymer and an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer and having balanced transparency, impact resistance and flexural rigidity. CONSTITUTION:(A) A propylene-ethylene copolymer having an ethylene content of 0.5-15wt.% especially 2-8% is compounded with (B) a propylene-ethylene block copolymer having an ethylene content of 2-15%, a propylene content in elastomer component of >=50%, especially 55-75% and an ethylene content in resin component of 0-7%, especially 0-4% and (C) an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.888-0.930g/cm<3> and a melt index of >=g/10min, especially 10-50g/10min. The amounts of the components A, B and C are 50-95%, 5-40% and 1-15%, respectively.
