发明名称 MEASURING APPARATUS FOR AIR CURRENT IN SPRAY CHAMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To decide the correlation of horizontal flow and vertical flow within stipulation easily and surely, by operating the controlling devices of an air supply chamber and an exhaust chamber in basing on the indicated contents of a treatment part wherein the proportion of the supply amount in the air supply chamber and the exhaust amount in the exhaust chamber is indicated. CONSTITUTION:In the spray chamber of a coating booth, vertical flow is generated by providing an air supply chamber or an exhaust chamber to the upper part and also providing the exhaust chamber or the air supply chamber to the lower part. Further a sensor 5 for measuring wind velocities in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the spray chamber is provided in a sensing part 2. Furthermore in a treatment part 3, diagonal flow in the spray chamber is sensed by a sensed signal of the sensing part 2 and also this diagonal flow is calculated by both the sensed signal and previously preset set value and thereby the proportion of supply amount in the air supply chamber and exhaust amount in the exhaust chamber is indicated. In other words, the controlling devices of the air supply chamber and the exhaust chamber are operated in basing on the indicated contents of the treatment part and the correlation of horizontal flow and vertical flow can be decided within stipulation easily and surely and the generation of a coated inferior product is wholly prevented.
