<p>Anchoring of cables formed of a bundle of parallel strands (8) distributed in radial formations. The device comprises an assembly of wedges (1) of which the adjacent radial faces are provided with a plurality of grooves streaked (10) in opposite relationship so as to embrace the strands (8). The wedges (1) bear at least partially on struts (6) interior to a cylinder or fictitious cone (7) envelopping the strands (8) and integral with an anchoring body (2).
