The present device comprises a handle with in-built motor and the switching functions on/off, right-left, slow-fast. The motor has the task of driving a round brush via a shaft. This round brush is covered both over the rotating shaft and over one half of the brush. As a result of this, a rotating brush can now be used both to clean the teeth and to massage the gums. This presents considerable advantages over conventional toothbrushes (electrical or manual). The massaging and perfusion of the gums are improved. The brushing direction "red-white" is easier to maintain. The gums are healthier, and attachment of the teeth is improved. The expenditure of time and money is reduced and the success is better. At present, there is no alternative to this type of tooth and gum care.
