A livestock support cradle comprising a base (11), a first cradle element (12) located on the base (11) adapted to support the chest of an animal rearward of the front legs and a second cradle element located on the base and adapted to support the rear abdomen of the animal forward of the rear legs, said first and second cradle element (12 and 13) being supported from the base (11), by leg restraining means (14) pivotally supported from or adjacent the second cradle (13) element for movement between the first position downwardly depending from the second cradle element (13) and a second position extending rearwardly from the second cradle element (13). |
